Half World is on the shortlist in the YA category. The Sunburst Award is an annual prize given to the best works in Canada that fall under the umbrella of literature of the fantastic. I’m so honoured and chuffed that HW made the list. They will announce the winner in the fall.

I remember you! ^__^. Unfortunately, I can’t provide free feedback, because this is how I make a living. However, there’s going to be YA writer in residence at North York Central Library in the Greater Toronto area. The position commences in October, I believe. You can book a consultation with the writer-in-residence there, and they can offer free professional advice. You might also keep an eye out for writing workshops for youth offered through the program. Best of luck with your writing, anima! Go for it!!
